This small-group class (max 4 participants) is an opportunity to dive deeper into the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga, with close, personalized guidance from Viresh.
We meet in the Saraswati Room, an intimate setting designed for quiet focus and detailed attention. Viresh will tailor the class to the needs of the group and can offer support on specific postures or areas you would like to explore. You’ll benefit from hands-on adjustments, deeper variations, and a safe space to ask questions and grow at your own rhythm. One of the great perks: you can message Viresh the day before with one or two things you would like to explore — whether it is a specific yoga posture, a breathing technique (pranayama), or another aspect of yoga practice or theory — and he will thoughtfully integrate them into the class just for you.

Robin médite depuis plusieurs années à travers différentes pratiques, notamment le zen et le vipassana, et a participé à de nombreuses retraites. Il a également vécu une expérience marquante en vivant en tant que moine bouddhiste en Thaïlande, ce qui a profondément enrichi sa compréhension de la méditation. Ce cours alterne méditation assise et méditation marchée afin de cultiver la présence et la conscience, aussi bien dans l’immobilité que dans le mouvement. La respiration sert de point d’ancrage principal, tout en laissant la possibilité d’explorer d’autres pratiques comme la visualisation, la répétition de mantras ou l’attention portée au corps — permettant à chacun·e de trouver la technique qui lui convient le mieux.
