A grounding and balancing journey guided by Ivan and Viresh, combining the strength of traditional Hatha Yoga with the deep release of Yin Yoga with the fire of the chimney 🔥
The class begins with a mindful Hatha sequence to align body and breath, awaken subtle energy, and build inner steadiness. It then flows into the softness of Yin — long-held, restorative postures that invite surrender, stillness, and introspection. We end the session with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra and sound bath, allowing the body and mind to integrate the practice in profound rest.
✨ During class, we may also explore:
• Pranayama and bandhas (breath and energy flow)
• Postural alignment grounded in awareness
• Stillness and introspection through Yin principles
• Deep rest and vibration through sound and silence

• Releasing deep physical and emotional tension
• Calming the nervous system and quieting the mind
• Experiencing yoga as both movement and meditation
