Ivan teaches a variety of styles including Yin Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Hip Mobility Yoga, and Yoga for Beginners (Soft Yoga). Un cours doux et profond qui allie les bienfaits du Hatha Yoga traditionnel et du Yin Yoga pour délier les hanches, libérer les tensions et retrouver une sensation d’espace dans le bassin.
🧘♂️ La première partie du cours explore des postures de Hatha Yoga (debout, assises, allongées), en mettant l’accent sur l’alignement, la respiration et la stabilité.
🌙 La seconde moitié est plus introspective, avec des postures Yin tenues plusieurs minutes pour travailler en profondeur les tissus conjonctifs et relâcher les résistances autour des hanches et du bas du dos.

Viresh, a dedicated yoga instructor from Karnataka, India, brings the depth and authenticity of traditional Indian yoga to Switzerland. His teaching is rooted in the same practices and values he cultivated during his years of training in India, offering students a grounded and holistic approach to yoga.
Specializing in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yogalates, Hip Mobility, Pranayama, and Yoga Nidra, Viresh creates classes that balance strength, awareness, and inner calm. He is also a certified massage therapist, offering therapeutic bodywork as a complementary path to physical and emotional well-being. He moved to Switzerland in 2022 and co-founded Yogic Spirits in January 2023, a yoga space dedicated to making traditional, heart-centered yoga accessible and inclusive for all. He is also the president of YamaYoga Association.
He is currently pursuing both his Master’s and PhD degree in Yoga with the Bodhi School of Yoga, continuing to deepen his knowledge and refine his practice.
