Description

Combination of Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga
The first part of the class we will be a Hatha Flow- breathing, a warm up then linking our breath through a series of standing postures working on balance, strength, & concentration. The second part of the class will be Yin Yoga- mainly seated postures targeting the connective tissue with longer holds leaving you feeling rejuvenated and stress free. The practice will end with a relaxation session- Shavasana. (60 min)
