Description
This style of yoga targets the connective tissue ( fascia, ligaments, tendons, bones). This class is mostly made up of passive poses mainly on the mat which are held from 1-5 minutes as you allow gravity to do all the work for you after you find your edge. Each class will end with shavasana, a final relaxation pose. Some of the benefits of Yin are improved range of motion, calms the mind and body, and reduces stress and anxiety. **Workout out before not after Yin.** (60 mins)
