Description
This 60 minute class starts out with a warm up followed by a sequence of standing/balance poses as we flow with the breath. This will lead us to a series of poses on our stomach, seated, and back while ending with us soaking up all the benefits in shavasana, a final relaxation pose. You will find this physically challenging class will strengthen and elongate the muscles and improve posture along with many other benefits. The class has 10 available spots.
