Description
Try this fun and effective way to stay fit through a mindful yoga practice as we integrate light hand-held weights (0-5#) during a specific section(s) of Dynamic Hatha to tone, strengthen and balance the body. Starting with a traditional warm up, standing series with vinyasa/transitions followed by prone, seated and supine poses ending with shavasana.
