Description

A challenging, higher intensity class to tone, strengthen and balance the body. Starting with a gentle warm up and Sun Salutations followed by adding weights in a sequence of standing/balance poses with vinyasa flows (transitions). This will lead you to a series of poses with you seated, on your stomach, and on your back while ending with shavasana.
