Exercises are offered at different levels—basic, intermediate, or advanced—so you’re always challenged in the right way. We take into account injuries, fitness levels, and body types, because we understand that every body has its own story and requires a personal approach.
Alongside equipment-based exercises, mat exercises can also be included for a well-rounded and effective workout.

Want to train with a friend, colleague, or partner? Or would you like us to match you with a suitable duet partner? Our duet sessions on the Reformers offer personalized attention while working together towards a full-body workout. Mat exercises may also be incorporated for variety and effectiveness.
