Pilates works on both large and small muscle groups. This ensures a whole body focus with special attention paid to the powerhouse i.e.the core muscles. Pilates involves a series of precise movements to help strengthen your core muscles while making you more flexible. You'll typically do it on a mat or with special equipment.
