Janet Babula

Janet is a group fitness instructor who loves teaching a wide variety of formats, including strength, cardio and mobility. She believes that movement is medicine for both physical and mental health, and movement should be accessible for all. Whether she is using bodyweight or equipment for a good burn or moment to reset, you can be guaranteed she is singing along, dancing, or enjoying the music in the background. Janet brings a positive energy to those around her and cannot wait to share the joy of movement with you!
