Description
4-week online course to help you maintain (even gain) strength over 50. Gentle yoga movements with breath - no cardio. Modifications are shown to assist with low back pain, and knee, or wrist discomfort.
Course is held Live on Zoom, in community with other participants.
You will have access to video recordings (for 12 months) - Video recordings can be found in the "Yoga for Strength" Playlist in the Video Library.
Fridays @11am.

Oct. 27: Yoga for Strong Arms
Nov. 3: Yoga for a Strong Core
Nov. 10: Yoga for a Strong Lower Back
Nov. 17: Yoga for Strong Hips/Legs
All four sessions are only $29, and you will have video access for 1 year!
*** Unlimited Yoga Members will need to register for this course, it is included in your membership - but you need to register. Members will have access to video replays for as long as you are a member.
