Vata, is one of the doshas of Ayurveda, and it is the one that is prominent (and likely to go out of balance) as we approach Fall. This class will help you find stability and calm through the transition into fall. A focus on a balanced breath in our standing poses, eases us into some seated forward bends, and a nice Savasana.
