A full one-hour class to tend to the fire within (Agni), and help you regulate and balance it. Great for days when your digestion is off - could be used to cool an overheated mind too. The practice is gentle with a mix of seated, supine, and standing - the physical focus is on opening and stretching the side body (Lateral Bends), and a few twists.
