Relax/Stretch: Feet & Ankles

How often do you give your feet a little love!? Today's practice is for the stretching/and bringing awareness to the feet and ankles. We are on our back for most of the class, and a few standing poses. We open with awareness of feelings and breath. The closing meditation is helping you release any negative emotions. You will need a yoga strap, belt, or scarf for the practice. Please do some homework, and try a short foot massage tonight! A daily practice of massaging the feet at bedtime can be very good for helping you sleep. See how this class for your feet feels - does it leave your toes tingling (in a good way)?!?
