A gentle yoga class that will allow time and space to practice contentment on your yoga mat. Being content with the way you are holding the body in each pose, and also being content with the flow of emotions, feelings, and sensations that come up. Resisting the urge to label any of it as good or bad, accepting what is with a feeling of peace and contentment.
