Left nostril breathing can lower our stress, by increasing the parasympathetic response of the nervous system. Stress is a huge factor in many illnesses, we all know we want less of it - left nostril breathing is a tool for you. We also practice some yoga postures and use a few other breath techniques that will help you tap into the more "being" side of yourself.
