A gentle morning practice - great for spring, or anytime you need an energizing confidence & clarity boost. Starting out with an energizing breathing practice - cleansing and increasing the heat in the belly. A breath focus throughout the class on stoking the agni (fire) in the belly. Always practice at your own pace, and rest as needed.
