Spring Morning: Assimilation and Digestion

A morning practice for Spring, or to balance feelings of heaviness/lethargy anytime of year. A nice long opening meditation on our back, to ease into the practice and start to gently wake the body up with some navel centered movements on our backs. A standing series to bring energy back into your center, and find an inner steadiness. A standing Half Moon Pose (or optional Warrior 3), with a chair for support. A closing relaxation and meditation for digestion and assimilation (of food, and emotions).
