Gentle Yoga: Wake-up

A gentle morning practice to help you wake-up. Good for spring, because we are also incorporating some elements to subtly increase the heat in the body (just a little). Beginning with a practice to reduce vata (anxiety/wind element), while warming the body. We use a gentle sun salute to move with breath & get the energy flowing. Moving through postures using a breath technique that will help you feel a bit more awake, nourished & energized.
