Nourishing for the Mind and Body

Gentle yoga to nourish the mind and body. Most things we do can be done in a way that is pushing/striving/"doing," or in a way that nourishing/nurturing/"being." Do this class in a nourishing way - slow down and enjoy an opening sequence on your back, stand up and get our energy moving a bit - and then finish with a restorative shoulderstand (a very gentle way to find the benefits of this pose) to nourish some more! You will need yoga bolster (or a pillow), and a yoga strap (or a scarf/belt).
