Slow & Mindful Yoga!

Slow down, and look within. We begin lying down, and do several movements for the spine, on our backs. There are moments to choose which version of the pose you want to do (choose your own adventure anyone). The practice moves slowly, but we are also working toward heating the body up a bit, and building a little energy in some standing poses. Slow & Mindful - gentle - choose the modification that works for you - and rest when you need too.
