Core: Stoke & Strengthen

In this class we will be practicing asana (poses), mudra, and breathing, with a focus on stoking and strengthening the core. When we stoke the fire in the belly, we can physically and emotionally digest our lives better - and we can increase the heat in the body, A great practice for a cool day! Not the best practice if you are pregnant, or have abdominal issues, or recent surgeries.
