Gentle yoga to help the moon (the mind) be made steady, and the sun (energy, prana) rise. Working with traditional yoga poses, and a 1:1 breath ratio to increase brahmana (nourishing energy) in the body. Removing obstacles through one-pointed focus on the breath (Sutra 1:32).
