Allowing...allowing the body and breath to be as they are, allowing the energy to flow as it should, in this freedom. Longer holds in yin yoga postures, where the goal is to release the muscles and allow the fascia (connective tissue) to release. A restful practice with a bit of work with the meridians for the Lungs, Large Intestine, Bladder, and Kidneys.
