Restorative: Rest or Reset

Another short class dedicated to REST!!
I know December has us running around, trying to do all the things: baking, shopping, wrapping, decorating...seems like there's little or no time for rest. This class is less than 15 minutes, and you can use it to help you relax at bedtime, or as an afternoon reset.
It's important that we learn to recognize when we are starting to get a litle frazzled, or burned out- rather than waiting until it's too late, and we are losing it (you know what I mean....😂). I know you have 15 minutes - make time for you, you are worth it!!!!
This class is largely on the ground using props, which may not work for everyone - do what you can, and listen to your body - if it doesn't feel right, don't do it.
***Twist variation if you are pregnant, or have sacral (SI) issues: Supine twist with a bolster under your knees is a great option. (Lying on your back, bend your knees, and let them fall to the right, landing on the bolster, arms out at your sides, repeat on the other side.)
Props: a couple of pillows, or a yoga bolster. Dress warm, or put a blanket over the top of you in the poses - be cozy!
