Morning Yoga: Grounded and Stable

A daytime practice to help you feel more grounded and stable. The poses are designed to help you feel your connection to the earth, and the breath is a little bit uplifting, making it more of a morning class. The breath and the more active postures, make it Brahmana, or strengthening/nourishing. The class would be a great prelude to a meditation practice - follow it up with a meditation from the video library!
