Calming Practice: Reduce Stress

Gentle Yoga to help you feel more calm, and reduce stress. Moving through forward and backbend poses, leading up to a bow pose (grab a strap). The breath is aiding in reducing stress, by slightly cooling and calming the mind and body. We end with a pranayama (breathing with retention) practice - honor your breath - only pausing the breath if you feel relaxed while doing so.
Approach the class, with a willingness to move and breathe, and the calming and reduction of stress will follow.
This class may be a bit more difficult for people with knee issues, as we are on our hands and knees for a few poses.
