Yoga 4 All: Energizing

A Yoga 4 All Class that shows chair modifications (can be doe without a chair too). There is a couple of places where we stand with the support of a chair - not 100% seated. This class is fairly energizing and slightly strengthening. Work at you own pace, and take it as easy as you need to today.
