A class to help you fully release emotions following the full moon. A bit of time connecting with the water element (associated with the moon), slow flow, and some strengthening/balance poses too. We end with savasana, and a breathing technique for release.
This class may not be the best, if you have low back issues - the breathing technique we are using is not as supportive (for low back) and more about release.
