This is a vinyasa style class that moves at a slow-moderate pace. Using yoga blocks or a chair to assist you as you move through poses, with the breath. A gentle practice that includes many poses to strengthen and build bone.
No chair options are given - first 8 minutes is seated, standing, and then the last few we are lying down on our back.
