Stretch (and strengthen) the QL (Quadratus Lumborum) - this is a deep abdominal/low back muscle that works all day long while: sitting, standing, and walking. Often a culprit in low back pain, this is a good class to bring awareness to the low back and help stretch this muscle.
A class that moves slowly through poses, and allows time to stretch.
