Open, Breathe & Soothe (12/7/23)

We will use some asana (postures) to open up the body, and a focus on a deeper diaphragmatic breath with a long exhale to prepare the body for a bit of relaxation. The class begins more active, the last 20 minutes are relaxation/restoration to help soothe the nervous system.
A complete class that is seasonally balancing.
