Self-Care: Morning Home Practice (2/23/24)

This class is slightly instructional, teaching you how to do a home practice in yoga - but it is also a short home practice. A home practice is a practice that is a daily, shorter practice where you can go to your mat, tune in, pick a few poses and do what your body needs today. This home practice is slower, and gentle to ease us into a morning meditation.
Yoga as a self-care practice should be approached in a nourishing & nurturing way, where it's not about how much we get done, or what we do - but about connecting the mind and body and doing things that feel good!
