Yoga for Balance Course - Video 5 (4/29/24)

This class focuses on core and leg strength, to help build stability. Starting out with some core strengtheners on our back, we move to a a few standing balance poses where we can be playful. I offer a "taste" of an arm-balance posture, seated in a chair. We use Nadi Shodana, alternate nostril breathing, at the end of class as a way to balance the inner/energy body.

Props needed: blocks, pillow or bolster, and a chair. Yoga strap, scarf, or belt (optional).
