A class to support the low back with some gentle strengthening postures. One of the most requested topics from my students, we all need a little extra attention on the low back! This class starts out on our back, moves to all fours (with an option to stand along side a chair), cobra variations, and a few standing poses. Structural Breath helps you focus on the core supporting you as you work the low back.
Energetically balanced this class could be practiced any time of day.
