Samana Vayu is energy/air/wind around the navel that we can strengthen and balance in order to better digest our lives: physically and emotionally. This practice includes a balanced breath to help you feel more energetically balanced, and a series of asanas (poses) with a focus on the navel.
It is NOT a "core strengthening" class - but rather a way to bring awareness and energy toward the navel, and the Samana vayu energy.
