This class begins with a few notes (from me) about eating for spring time, and our digestion in spring. We move through a series of poses designed to help you feel more energized in a very gentle way. Poses target the shoulders, core, and we explore a couple of twists as well. Concluding with a Prana Vayu Mudra meditation, to recharge your Pranic Body. A great class for spring, or anytime you're feeling a little sluggish!
