Energize and Recharge (7-25-25)

This class uses a 'brahmana' (energizing) breathing practice, and some energizing poses to help you improve focus and attention. Following an energy building sequence we slow down and tune into the Kidneys/Adrenals to recharge and rejuvenate the nervous system. There is a 61 point full- body relaxation in savasana and a meditation about finding calm in the midst of chaotic times. Our meditation is inspired by a story from the Buddhist Monk, Thich Nhat Hanh.
