Tapas: Focus and Heat (1/8/25)

Our exploration of Tapas continues - building discernment in the mind, helping us focus our mind on what we want to focus it on, rather than whatever the senses pull us toward. This practice will help to calm the cluttered mind and strengthen our ability to look within and connect with our more spiritual selves. Cultivating a sense of peace and calm, clarity in our purpose - removing mental impurities.

There are a number of standing poses and a couple of things to build just a little heat - making this a morning class that could be practiced in the summer or winter (as it's not overly heating).
