Yoga Nidra for Clear Seeing (2/26/26)

Allison Miller

February 26 2026 • Duration: 48 Minutes

We start this class with short talk on the Bhagavad Gita and what it says about Avidya (not clear seeing).
There are about 20 minutes of gentle movements to warm-up the body and prep for a 20-minute Yoga Nidra Practice. Yoga Nidra is "Yogic Sleep," this is a shorter version of the practice that will help you feel more relaxed and whole.

“The one who has faith, who is devoted, and who has mastered the senses gains knowledge; having gained knowledge, one quickly attains supreme peace.” - Bhagavad Gita (Ch. 4, Verse 39)

This practice will help you "master" the senses (or rein them in), you'll feel more peaceful and see more clearly as a result.
