Spring Yin & Yang (3/26/26)

Lots of hip opening! Working with the Liver & Gall Bladder meridians for spring. This yin and yang class starts out with yin style postures, longer holds deep stretching the fascia, and stimulating the flow of prana (energy) throughout the body. The last half of class is more active/yang style postures. We move through a modification of the moon salute with some 3-5 breath holds of postures.

I believe this class to be calming and grounding, while also improving the flow of energy in the body! Try it when you're feeling a little sluggish - it can be nice on those days to start slow, and ease into the active postures.
