Liminal Space (9/3/26)

I'm definitely in denial that the summer is coming to an end - and rather than think ahead, I have decided to stand at this threshold, and enjoy the liminal space. There is a transition time in between the seasons where we are trying to release the old and embrace the new. I'm thinking seasons in the literal sense but this can be other times in life too where we are in transition: sudden loss, illness, moving, career change, divorce, or reinventing ourselves after a life change. Often this space is filled with uncertainty about what's next - maybe even some fear, doubt, or concern about what's next...maybe there's a bit of clinging to what we are leaving behind, and fear about letting that go. It can be incredibly uncomfortable to be in a liminal space - but it can be a beautiful place to pause, listen, and choose too. Rather than racing the fill the time and space...can we slow down, get curious and reflective about what might be next - ask for divine guidance and move forward with intuitive awareness?
Today's class is an opportunity to enjoy this liminal space...
This is a gentle, energizing sequence with a lot of emphasis on shoulders & upper back, with time to slow down and enjoy the pause throughout class.
