Beskrivelse

Welcome to this online workshop series! It will be run in English.

Polyvagal theory is a new and empowering way of understanding human behaviour and trauma, it helps us understand that we are wired for connection and that we are automatically searching for the feeling of safety.

This workshop series is for you if you are a therapist or a caring professional. You have emotional responsibility for others. You may be a teacher, a psychologist, a bodyworker, a nurse or a holistic therapist. You may be looking to gain a more integrated flow in your life, merging theory and practice and gaining a better worklife balance as a result. This workshop series is for you who are interested in exploring your role as a therapist and individual and wanting to grow.

Please note that there will not be any recording available following the sessions. It’s important to be able to make it to all four sessions as you grow as a community and learn together. You will not be able to carry over any missed workshops to the next series. It is a requirement for the course to participate actively, with the camera on.
