Do not come to this class if you don't want to make progress, feel calm, and super light as you walk out. Because believe us, you will end up being strong and zen like a yogi in the magazines.

During a Mysore class, the atmosphere is quiet, inspiring, and almost sacred. Many have fallen in love with this practice... In a Mysore-style class, the Ashtanga sequence is practiced individually, at your own pace, with one-on-one support and guidance from the teacher. It’s not a led class - think of it more as a shared space for personal practice.

No need to have the series memorised - we'll get you sorted. New students often start with just a few postures and gradually build up over time. Experienced students can take the full time to move through their practice quietly, with hands-on assistance and occasional cues.

This is a dynamic class, where you are expected to practice at your own pace. Suitable to anyone from adventurous beginners to experienced practitioners.

PS It's called Mysore because it originated in Mysore :)

Taught in Romanian, or in English (if there is any practitioner that does not speak Romanian).
