This is a dynamic class. Suitable to those with experience of the Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series. Limited asana instruction is given. Emphasis is on the flow of the collective rather than the technique of the individual.
Taught in Romanian, or in English (if there is any practitioner that does not speak Romanian).
