Strength training using the aerial silks as a prop. Build muscle and burn fat in this class. All levels of fitness are welcome.
The best weight to lift is your own body weight. Try something fun, get something big out of it!!

Bring a mat and block.
Please be aware that you should not wear jewelry or have zippers, as they may damage the silks.
