Enjoy this wonderful relaxing class on the floor.
An array of sounds will be presented. Crystal bowls (big set), glass triangle, koji chimes, konari chimes, swinging chimes, ocean drum and Gong. We will have mats, bolster, and blankets. Please wear white.
If you have a bolster, please bring it. (I am 2 short).
