Mama & Baba Pilates
Lin’s Mama & Baba Pilates class is designed with mama in mind and is a great way to start moving your body after giving birth.
The class is designed to develop your core, regain your strength and improve posture & flexibility.
You can bring your baba so you don't have to arrange childcare.
It is a very relaxed environment at the Zen Den so if you need to feed baba or baba needs to nap that’s OK!
Babies are welcome from 6 weeks* until they are crawling (although if you have a new crawler who would be happy to stay close by with some toys then just let us know). Babies are optional and not required for the classes.
*Please note that the recommendation for commencing general exercise post caesarean section is to wait 10-12 weeks, however if you feel ready from 8 weeks and your GP has approved you for exercise then you are welcome to join.
