Leminh (Mini) is a qualified PT and Yoga teacher since 2017 and teaches Vinyasa flow, Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga as well as the very popular Sunday Yin most Sundays AND the special Candlelit Yin class. "I love teaching flow yoga, it’s fun and I get to be creative with movement. I also create my own playlist so music and movement is coherent."

Description

Yin Yoga is a slow paced practice, here postures are held for longer periods of time between 3 to 5 minutes to work deeply into the connective tissues of the body. This approach to yoga where you perform the majority of the poses seated on the floor or laying down, offers deeper access to the body with the aim of lubricating and protecting our joints as well as stimulating the energetic flow of the subtle body. Suitable for beginners and experience yogis alike.
